As our different websites describe, Niseko Academy is a small boutique private lesson school, premier guiding service and instructor training centre, delivering the highest quality product in Niseko. As a result, we only employ the most seasoned of instructors. At the minimum our instructors and guides must have a minimum of 10 seasons teaching experience and a Level Three qualification at ISIA standards.
Those instructors that do work for us will have the opportunity to progress into powder guiding and instructor training. They will also earn very well!

Please note: we get a lot of emails from people that DO NOT fit the above criteria. If this is you, please contact one of the other ski schools in the area. There are many instructing jobs in Niseko available.
